Personal Training Session

Includes nutrition tracking – 1 hr. session: $60

Team Training Session

Includes nutrition tracking – 1 hr. session: $45 per person

Travel Training Session

Travel to client’s private gym – 1 hr. session (includes nutrition): $90 per session

Clients are required to prepay per training session, prepay weekly or prepay monthly for their training sessions in accordance with the participant agreement and release and the cancellation agreement.

Fitness is more than lifting weights. It is about both mental and physical strength, growth, and development. Neena has lived this success story; and has invested in the knowledge and tools necessary to bring the power, confidence, strength, health, and balance to others. With a BS in Exercise Science and NASM Certifications in both Personal Training and Nutrition; she brings the knowledge and experience to assess and understand your goals and provide a customized plan to help you achieve them. Perhaps, most importantly, Neena realizes “the plan” is only part of the process. She also brings the critical elements of motivation, accountability, and discipline… through continuous tracking of nutrition, and progression of training, to keep you inspired and stay on course to the Perfect Form for You.

My Story

Hey guys, my name is Neena and I’m here to help you along in your fitness journey of becoming the perfect form for you.

I was born and raised in a small community in the mountains of North Carolina. I grew up as an only child surrounded by many family members which taught me the value of community and helping each other.

Throughout most of my life, I’ve always been a very active person and have been involved in different sports including volleyball, softball, basketball, ballet and gymnastics. I learned growing up that it’s very valuable to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. I believe knowing where you come from helps you know who you are.

I enjoy hiking, swimming, dancing, traveling, anything outdoors and active, and trying all kinds of new food. I seek out new experiences when I get any opportunity. I love exploring new places, broadening my horizons, learning about different cultures, and trying new things.

Through the ups and downs of my life, I have realized that taking care of my body also takes care of my mental health. I truly believe that being physically active and feeling well is the key to having a happy life.

As your trainer, I’m here to help you stay accountable, stay motivated, support and encourage you, and guide you through how to begin and maintain your fitness journey. Based on your needs, I will provide you with an individualized nutrition and exercise plan to help you reach your goals.

I focus on not only being a great trainer but also a life coach for you. I value my clients being comfortable and having a great relationship with me. I am also someone who truly cares for my clients and who will help them with issues as they arise during their fitness journey. I believe that it is truly important to have a strong support system when becoming the best version of yourself.

My beliefs and passion about fitness lead me to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. I truly began my own fitness journey in 2018. During my journey, I had many individuals approach me asking for advice. I soon found that helping others on their journey was my true purpose in this life. There is nothing more worthwhile to me than to see others succeed in achieving their perfect form.

I provide in person one-on-one or team training at Pro Fitness. I also offer limited services traveling to any desired gym in the Greenville SC area. Online fitness and dietary programs will also soon be available through this website.

I personalize training packages according to each and every client’s needs. I offer free consultations in which we discuss details of your medical history, lifestyle, habits, and fitness goals etc. It’s important for me to know you in order to help you the best way possible. After the consultation, I’ll be able to provide you with a plan that meets your needs and that is affordable to you.
